U.S ORDERS

FREE SHIPPING WHEN YOU SPEND $125+. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the following business day. For Express delivery, orders must be placed before 12 PM PST or they will be shipped the following business day. Signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.

*Express shipping is not available for P.O box addresses.

Standard (2-8 business days) $10 or FREE when you spend $125+

 

 

If your order is undeliverable for any reason, due to a wrong address, suite or apartment number, re-shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your order. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, order processing time may be delayed and our customer service team will contact you via email or by phone.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at orders@winnerexclusive.com within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation. We recommend all customers to purchase our shipping insurance. We have partnered with Route+ to provide shipping insurance in the case of lost/stolen and damaged orders.
