Please note that COVID-19 has caused delays in shipping all orders, as stated by USPS. We cannot guarantee any shipping times and offer partial refunds for orders that do not arrive within 30 days. Please be aware that refunds are not available for orders that are still within the quoted delivery time plus processing time. It is important to review our shipping policy prior to placing an order.

Once an order is placed, it goes through a processing period of 1-3 business days, depending on the volume of orders. After processing, the order is packed, stamped, and delivered to the shipping company for delivery. The time frame for delivery varies depending on the destination, with the following estimated times:


Koji Slides: 1-3 days

Remainder of catalogue: 7-12 days

Canada: 7-21 days

Australia: 7-21 days 

New Zealand: 8-21 days 

Europe: 9-21 days 

Latin America: 10-25 days

Other countries: 12-30 days


Please note that choosing priority insured and tracked shipping only reduces processing time and does not affect the estimated shipping time.

We are a small team working hard to ensure your order arrives on time, and appreciate your patience. However, please be aware that there may be delays due to new COVID protocols and overwhelming demand during the holidays. While unlikely, uncontrollable delays can occur, and refunds will only be accepted for orders that are lost in tracking.

If your order is undeliverable for any reason, due to a wrong address, suite or apartment number, re-shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your order. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, order processing time may be delayed and our customer service team will contact you via email or by phone.


Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation. We recommend all customers to purchase our shipping insurance. We have partnered with Route+ to provide shipping insurance in the case of lost/stolen and damaged orders.
